In 1986, John Naumann founded Beacon Vision Center on this principle. He had worked for many companies in various forms of management but no company seemed to address this concept of "putting the patient first". It seems that most companies set up their operations and get the people to cater to their business NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Beacon Vision realizes that we are not in the eye care business but truly we are in the "people business". YOU are what our business is all about and we try never to lose sight of that goal.
